Welcome to Main Street Melts Candle Co.! To ensure your experience is as magical as possible, please review our shop policies below. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

💳 Payment & Security

  • Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full and cleared before your order is prepared for shipment.

  • Payment Issues: If you experience any technical difficulties during checkout, please reach out to us at MainStMelts@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

🚫 Cancellations

  • No Exceptions: We do not offer cancellations on orders once they are placed.

  • The Reason: Non-refundable selling fees are accrued the moment an order is processed, and our fulfillment team often begins working on your order immediately to ensure our signature quick processing time.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your scents! We accept returns and exchanges on unused soy wax melts and unlit candles in their original condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to safety and hygiene standards, Room Sprays, Fragrance Oils, and Lotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways for returns and exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Free Shipping Deduction: If you are returning items from an order that qualified for free shipping, your refund will be the total cost of the items minus the shipping fee originally paid to USPS by our shop.

  • Restocking Fees: Any selling fees accrued by our shop during your purchase will be deducted from your final return total.

📦 Shipping & Delivery Protection

  • Climate Care: Please ensure your shipping address is a location where someone can receive the package and bring it indoors immediately. Wax melts and candles are sensitive to heat and should not sit in sun-exposed mailboxes.

  • Stolen Packages: Main Street Melts Candle Co. is not responsible for stolen items under any circumstances.

  • If your package is missing: If USPS marks your item as "Delivered" but you cannot find it, we recommend:

    1. Contacting your local USPS branch with your tracking number.

    2. Checking any security or doorbell camera footage.

    3. Filing a report with your local Police Department.
